Nomination: Zakya Ben Ali appointed Country Manager of CVE Chile

CVE announces the appointment of Zakya Ben Ali as Country Manager of CVE Chile, effective immediately. Her main missions will be to steer the strategy of the group’s Chilean subsidiary, accelerating diversification into mid-scale photovoltaic projects and developing innovative energy storage solutions

With over 25 years’ experience in the energy and construction sectors, Zakya Ben Ali, 49 years old, has demonstrated an exemplary career path within the Group since joining CVE in 2021, successively holding the positions of senior Project Manager, Construction Director and then Technical Director. At each stage, she has demonstrated solid expertise and a strong ability to unite teams around the group’s strategic projects.  Before joining CVE, Zakya held key positions at Spie, Eiffage and Alstom (GE), managing large-scale projects in Europe and abroad. This rich experience has strengthened his strategic and operational vision, essential assets for meeting the challenges of the Chilean renewable energy market.

With this appointment, CVE reaffirms its commitment to the development of renewable energies in Chile with the aim of having nearly 930 MW in operation and under construction by 2028.
